How do I cancel my order ?

Your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel your order in full.

Here are two possibilities:

1. Let us know by email: Boutique@tradergames.fr
2. In your customer account, click on "Your order history" then choose your order and click on "Details". At the very bottom, you can send a message directly related to the order.

If your order has been shipped, and you would like a refund, please return the product(s) to us at the following address:
