THE GODMETAL: You are Aran de Lira, firstborn of the Royal Guard. The newly crowned Queen Nerea has cast a spell that turns steel to stone. Only her army of abominations wields the godmetal against which other blades shatter.
THE FORGE: Find smithing scrolls, develop your smithing skills, and craft your weapon to suit your fighting style. The weapon family you choose and the materials you create it from will affect characteristics such as weight, length, durability, penetration, and sharpness. CHOOSE YOUR WEAPON: Choose between 7 different weapon families and over 30 unique forging scrolls, allowing for nearly infinite weapon combinations. Your choice of weapon will be crucial when you face your enemy!
TACTICAL COMBAT: A unique and challenging combat system that allows you to attack specific parts of the enemy's body. Slash, stab, or bludgeon enemies depending on the situation and their equipment. Only the right weapon will allow you to overcome the enemy's armor.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE: Adso is Aran's companion who will accompany him on his journey. During combat, Adso provides useful advice on defeating enemies by analyzing them and taking notes in his chronicles. He will be crucial to your adventure, as he speaks the ancient language of the blacksmiths. BE ON YOUR GUARD: Over 50 enemy types, including the Queen's Guard, creatures, the undead, and more.
