Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
The tradergames.fr site managed by the MANGA MULTIMEDIA SARL is the subject of a registration to the National Commission of Informatics and Freedoms (CNIL) guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information provided by the customers. In addition, Trader Games is authorized to transact by telephone through its distance selling contract (VAD) with Crédit Agricole Bank.
Payment & Security:
For secure payment by credit card, your credit card details are encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol and never pass in clear over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. Tradergames.fr does not have access to this information and does not keep it on its servers. This is why they are asked again for each new transaction on our site.
Wire transfer / bank transfer waiting more than 10 days will be automatically changed to "canceled".
Paypal payments are increased by 4% compared to the total sum (item + port fees), due to the fees that apply to this payment platform.
Shipping costs are the current postal rates, depending on the weight of the items and the destination of delivery. All orders are shipped with a tracking number (available on your "My Account" and then "Order History" to provide maximum security in shipments. Once payment is received, the shipment takes 12/48 hours. The delivery itself, will be made within 1 to 5 working days depending on the services. Once the package has been sent, no cancelation of the order or refund can be made.
Problems, damages and losses due to the Post Office or Mondial Relay are not the responsibility of Trader Games.
If a product becomes out of stock, tradergames commits to the full reimbursement of the order or of the product in question if ordered together.
Packages are suitable for products and not for carriers
Return & Warranty:
All our games and consoles are tested and guaranteed functional. The warranty allows you to exchange the product in case of a problem or to have an asset of equivalent value on our site. The warranty will only be valid if the game or console has been used under normal conditions of use. In the event of a sudden shortage of stock, and if an item is unable to be shipped to you, Trader Games undertakes to refund your purchase.
Retro-gaming consoles and accessories have a silver guarantee seal that must not be removed and must be clearly visible during the validity of the guarantee.
Returns not subject to warranty will be considered on a case-by-case basis and shipping costs are, in principle, borne by the buyer.
Furthermore, problems and damages caused by the Post Office or Mondial Relay are not the responsibility of Trader Games.
Loyalty credits are granted to you during your various purchases on the Tradergames.fr website up to 4% of the amount of your item at the time of each order.
Credit notes are valid for 365 days from the date the order is settled.
Credit notes are activated as soon as the order is marked “Delivered”. Otherwise, the credit memo will be marked as “Pending Validation”.
Your loyalty rewards are visible in your profile on "My Account" and then "Discount Voucher".
A game worth 69.99€ brings you a credit of 2.80€ for your next purchase.

All products on sale are indicated in the "Promotion" category by a strikethrough price.
Promotional items are exempt from loyalty rewards and are only available on the Tradergames.fr website.
Promotions do not have a fixed duration. It lasts until the product falls out of stock.
Pre-order products are indicated by a golden patch indicating "Preco". Release dates are indicated by a decreasing timer indicating the number of days, hours and minutes remaining. If an item does not have this timer, it indicates that the release date has not been accurately reported.
Customers who have purchased a pre-order on the Tradergames.fr website or in-store will be given priority.
It is not possible to get a refund of a pre-order within 10 days of the exit, however, a credit of the amount of the order will be granted to you.
Preorder apanese, Asian or American pre-orders may be subject to a delivery delay related to the international carrier, Trader Games cannot be held responsible for this delay.
Advertised release dates on these products may be delayed and/or delayed or canceled by the publisher. It is also important to keep in mind that the release date indicated on the Japanese pre-order data sheets does not include import lead times. Therefore, it is necessary to add to this 7 days of transit from Japan to France.

Compatibility & Zoning
Be careful, for certain products (games, consoles, accessories...) regional zoning conditions may apply. Regional zoning is the restriction of a game or console to its zone: Europe, Japan, USA... In other words, a console or game zoned to a certain region will only be compatible with the hardware of the region.
Ex: a zoned NTSC-JPN console (Japanese console) will only play Japanese games. A Pal-Europe zoned game will only work on European consoles.
Consoles such as the Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii U, Playstation, Playstation 2 or Dreamcast are all zoned consoles. Also, we recommend that you be careful when purchasing to avoid selecting a game that is not compatible with your console. We have tried to be as precise as possible in describing our products. On the technical sheet presented on the page of the article, you can find a section "Compatibility" that tells you by which consoles will be read your game.
