This is an order for an item with a release date after the purchase date.
This will allow you to benefit from assured delivery and also, sometimes, to benefit from pre-order bonuses.
People who have pre-ordered will have priority.
Your pre-order will be shipped priority upon receipt in store.
For Japanese pre-orders: Pre-orders may still be in transit from Japan during its official release. Don't worry, we will ship it as soon as it arrives in store.
We cannot change the delivery method you selected when ordering.
However, you have the option to cancel this.
If this is your choice, do not hesitate to let us know quickly so that we can take care of it as much as possible.
Your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to cancel your order in full.
Here are two possibilities:
- Let us know by email: Boutique@tradergames.fr
- In your customer account, click on "Your order history" then choose your order and click on "Details". At the very bottom, you can send a message directly related to the order.
If your order has been shipped, and you would like a refund, please return the product(s) to us at the following address:

Upon receipt, we will reimburse the products.
Your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to change your delivery address.
Here are two possibilities:
1) Report it to us by e-mail: Boutique@tradergames.fr
2) In your customer account, click on "Your order history" then choose your order and click on "Details". At the very bottom, you can send a message directly related to the order.
If your order has been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer modify it.
If our carrier fails to deliver to you, your order will be returned to us and we will either refund its contents or schedule a second shipment with you.
No, the loyalty points accumulated on our website are independent of those you could accumulate or use in store.
The online and in-store loyalty points systems are not connected, and therefore points earned on the site cannot be used for in-store purchases and vice versa.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe or lost please follow these steps:
