Why don't I have access to DLC and additional content?

When purchasing a used video game, you may not have access to downloadable content (DLC) and additional content. Here's why :

  1. One-Time Use of Codes: DLC and additional content are often accessible via unique codes included in the original game packaging. These codes can be used only once.
  2. Used Games: If you buy a used game, it's likely that the DLC code has already been used by the previous owner. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the DLC code for a used game is still valid.
  3. New Games: On the other hand, if games sold in new condition include unused DLC codes, you should have access to all additional content available for these games.

We understand that this can be disappointing, but that's part of the limitations of used games. If access to DLC is important to you, we recommend purchasing new games to ensure access to all additional content. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
